Out of Whack
My diet this past week month, has been all over the place. Over the past while, I have done everything from eating too little to eating way too much, maintaining a healthy diet to scarfing down on whatever caught my eye. In particular, I have been eating and craving crap-food for the past three days to an insane degree. I would list my most recent indulgences, but I fear it would only make me you sick.
In addition, my training/workout regime has been off as well. Although I have not completely fallen off the workout wagon, I have by no means made to the gym or outside for a run consistently.
I could probably rationalize either issue; some explanations would be legit, but included in the mix would be plenty of excuses. With the half marathon approaching on October 9th, I am slowly running out of room to fool around with this stuff. And so, I have reasoned, as of 5pm today I am getting back on track - diet, exercise, miscellaneous vices, et al.
